Studio Nichè Returns Policy

 

RETURNS

In order for Studio Nichè to provide you with the best service possible, we have our supportive Customer Care Team available at info@studioniche.com.au.

At Studio Nichè we want all our amazing customers to be completely in love with their purchase(s), so if for some reason you are unhappy with your order or it is the wrong size, Studio Niche offers credit notes only. This credit may then be used to re-purchase your preferred item/size. We do not refund or exchange. Please read the below terms to qualify.

Please note, once an item is washed, the washing outcome is your responsibility. We cannot offer an credit on a washed item or that has been damaged in the wash. 

Please note, Studio Nichè does not offer refunds/exchanges for returned purchases.  Please also note, we have a strict credit note only policy & ONLY if the following are met:

  • An email must be sent to info@studioniche.com.au prior to sending your parcel. 
  • The item must be sent back to Studio Nichè office and received within 14 days of purchase.
  • Must be in the original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order. 
  • The original invoice you are emailed must be returned with the items.
  • Items must not be washed prior to returning.  If a mark is discovered a return will NOT be accepted, all items need to be in original condition with tags attached. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable. 

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Studio Nichè staff reserve the right to reject a return if we deem it is not in the required condition.

We will process your return and issue you with a CREDIT in the form of a Credit Code within 5 business days of us receiving your item. When you decide on what you would like to purchase you simply add the code at checkout. Online store credits are valid for 6 months. If you have not received an email please email us at info@studioniche.com.au,   check your junk folder also. 

NON – RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non – returnable. A credit note will not be issued for the following:

  • Sale Items 
  • Items bought using a discount code.
  • Jewellery
  • Underwear

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns on CLEARANCE items. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are NOT required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit. 

FAULTY ITEM?

We are terribly sorry to hear there's a fault in your Studio Nichè purchase and of course, will make it up to you.

All our items at Studio Nichè, are examined from top to bottom before sent out to our customers, to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. In the case of a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to replace or offer a credit note on all Studio Nichè goods!

We will happily cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item whenever possible. If you do not want the replacement item, then this however is considered to be a change of mind and a store credit will be issued.

If you decide on an identical replacement a return will be offered and sent to you as soon as we receive your parcel and deem it faulty. 

The item must be sent back to Studio Nichè office and received within 14 days of initial purchase. If the item has sold out of your size we can issue a store credit for another available item.
